Marketing Coordinator

Location :   Marlton, NJ

Reports To :   Sales Director

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand visibility, support sales initiatives, and enhance our customer experience across multiple channels.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that support sales growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This includes trade show planning and management, social media content creation, email marketing campaigns, and supporting sales collateral development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced wholesale and retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Trade Show Management

  • Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and sales events, including registration, booth logistics, shipping, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with booth design, setup, and tear down as needed.
  • Manage show lead capture and follow-up process in collaboration with sales.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and schedule engaging content for Briarwood Lane’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Monitor social channels, track engagement, and report on performance.
  • Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships to expand brand presence.

    • Email Campaigns & CRM

  • Develop, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns for wholesale and retail audiences.
  • Segment audiences for targeted messaging and promotions.
  • Maintain email lists and ensure brand consistency across communications.

    • Content & Creative Support

  • Assist in developing product copy, catalogs, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate product photography, lifestyle imagery, and digital assets.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across channels.

    • Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Creative, and Product Development to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide administrative and creative support for special projects and promotions.

    • What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade shows, or related field (internship experience considered).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for trade shows and events.

  • Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM in Marlton, NJ office.
  • Ability to travel out of state and work weekends for tradeshows.
