Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Millwrights for projects located in Sheboygan Falls, WI . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $36 / hour based on experience plus $100 / Per Diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope :

• Assemble basic parts or units and attach unit to assembly subassembly or frame using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect test and adjust completed unit to ensure that unit meets specifications tolerances and customer order requirements
• Connect electrical wiring according to basic circuit diagram
• Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequence of electromechanical unit
• Read hydraulic pneumatic and electrical schematics and diagrams
• File lap and buff parts to fit using hand tools and power tools
• Attach name plates and marks identifying information on parts
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition Informing supervisor of defective or faulty equipment or materials and unusual conditions
• Maintaining quality standards and following safety rules
