We’re rapidly expanding and seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and forward-thinking Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing efforts and strengthen our supply chain. Sunlighten's Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the procurement function for both Sunlighten and Ice Barrel product lines, ensuring that goods and services are sourced cost-effectively, aligned with company strategy, and delivered on time to support operational and production needs. This position provides opportunities for growth in vendor relationship management, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

The Procurement Manager will play a key role in cost control, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within the procurement and supply chain process while mentoring procurement specialists and serving as the primary point of contact for supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts with new and existing suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain all required supplier documentation, certifications, and agreements.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors to improve service levels, cost savings, and supply chain resilience.
• Lead supplier performance evaluations, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
