Position : Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Job Description : We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in school settings, providing direct support to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one support to students in school settings
- Collect data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
Qualifications :
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
