Our platform connects shoppers with a combination of human and AI product experts to enhance customer interactions and turn browsing into buying. We partner with leading consumer brands such as Darn Tough, Stance, Pearl iZUMi, and Peak Design.

👫About The Team

We're a 25-person team with experience at companies like Amazon, Salesforce, Ramp, DocuSign, Wistia and Microsoft. We’ve raised over $27M from investors like Neo, Stripe, and Shine Capital. We recently moved into a new office in the Seaport (Boston) and we have a strong, but flexible in-office culture. We work hard but also have fun together (at least one company retreat per year + frequent team dinners and outings).

🧑🔧About The Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on agency partners who can help us reach more ecommerce brands. This role will focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships that drive qualified leads, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our reach in the ecommerce retail market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to identify, onboard, and activate partners that amplify our go-to-market efforts.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and growth strategy.

📝Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partner programs : Design and execute scalable partnership frameworks for agencies and referring partners.
  • Drive lead generation through partnerships : Collaborate with partners to develop joint campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and referral pipelines that drive qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Identify and recruit new partners : Research and reach out to agencies, platforms, and complementary SaaS providers whose audiences align with our target customers.
  • Enable and support existing partners : Create enablement materials, partner toolkits, and training sessions to help partners succeed in promoting and integrating our product.
  • Measure and optimize performance : Track partner-driven pipeline and revenue contributions, and refine strategies based on ROI analysis and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure partner-generated leads are effectively nurtured, and with Product to explore integration and co-innovation opportunities.

🛠️Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS and partnership management, with experience in ecommerce a strong plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience managing external partners.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail — comfortable juggling multiple initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring ROI of partnerships.
  • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving company where you’ll wear many hats.
