Job description

mabl is on a mission to empower software teams with an AI‑powered low‑code test automation platform that streamlines testing across web, mobile, API, accessibility, and performance. We enable everyone from global enterprises to fast‑growing startups to integrate application testing into their development pipelines and accelerate release cycles, regardless of technical experience.

Why We Need You

As mabl focuses on scaling its Go‑To‑Market efforts, we are seeking a Partner Manager to join our rapidly growing company’s Partnership Team. In this role, you are responsible for delivering mabl's partnership goals and objectives, driving partner growth and revenue, and developing new strategies and initiatives to accelerate partnership impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive partner acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with top‑tier SaaS partners.
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with partners to help them grow their business with mabl.
  • Organize demos and POCs, provide enablement, training, and resources to activate and deepen partner adoption.
  • Proactively manage the partner revenue pipeline, hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience and capture feedback.
  • Represent mabl at industry events, partner calls, and demos to position mabl as the #1 AI‑native test automation platform.

About You

  • 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high‑velocity environment.
  • Experience in the developer productivity tooling space is a plus.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mentality – you thrive with autonomy and ownership.
  • Comfortable managing a full‑cycle sales motion : from cold outreach to negotiation to expansion.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to seek and act on feedback.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    $90,000 – $100,000 base salary, with a target of $160,000 OTE. This role includes commission and stock options as part of total compensation.
