Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to provide direct support to the International Trade Administration's (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of International Engagement (OIE). The Specialist will design, manage, and analyze performance metrics and reporting systems to ensure the success of Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) agreements. This role plays a critical part in tracking program effectiveness, coordinating performance measurement activities, and delivering actionable insights to program leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for monitoring MDCP agreements.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure alignment with ITA's objectives.
• Coordinate with cooperators (organizations holding MDCP agreements), ITA program offices, and field staff to gather inputs and ensure consistent reporting.
• Transform data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Track multiple service delivery metrics and maintain organized records of performance data.
• Provide recommendations to program leaders for improving program effectiveness based on data analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all reporting activities.
