Human Resource Generalist

Department : Human Resources

Reports To : Director of Finance

Supervises : None (Processes)

Role Summary : The Human Resource Generalist plays an instrumental role in monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process. The Human Resource Generalist will focus on developing employee programs, facilitating performance reviews, and promoting career development, all while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
