Job Title :

  • Brand Operational Manager Location :  West Bloomfield, MI Position Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Brand Operational Manager to oversee our team of Field Marketing Coordinators and ensure the successful execution of brand strategies across multiple markets.
  • This role is responsible for driving brand sales, market growth, and operational excellence across multiple product lines.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong sales acumen, and the ability to translate brand vision into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Marketing Coordinators across multiple territories.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth for multiple brands.
  • Oversee account development activities to expand retail and distribution presence.
  • Monitor CRM usage to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align field execution with overall brand strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure in-store product placement, merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed consistently across locations.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to leadership, including ROI analysis for marketing activities.
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews with Field Marketing Coordinators to set performance goals and track progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in brand management, field marketing, or sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-location teams and drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support team members and oversee market execution.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience managing multiple brands or product lines.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, retail sales strategies, and market expansion.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and budget management.
