Remote Outbound Telesales Agent

A company is looking for an Outbound Telesales Agent-Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to medical offices using provided leads to offer products and services

Demonstrate software via video conferencing and document all call activity accurately

Answer incoming calls and escalate complex issues to management when necessary

Required Qualifications :

At least 1 year of call center experience with automatic dialers

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; higher education preferred

Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a 7-year background check

Intermediate data-capture, typing, grammar, and spelling skills

Ability to work independently and follow directions via Zoom and chat
