Authorization Coach

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Authorization Coach . The Authorization Coach (On-Call) is a key member of the Donor Family Services team, responsible for providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and guidance to frontline staff during authorization and family communication processes. This role supports both family approach activities and promotes best practices in family engagement. The position fosters a culture of learning, cross-functional collaboration, and dual advocacy. The Authorization Coach also serves as a crucial link in supporting families and saving lives through donation.

This is a remote role, with some required travel for in-person meetings and training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Training / Education / Certification :

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, social sciences, counseling, or related field preferred, and / or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
