  • Oversee permissions, admin access, user role reviews, and monthly cleanup to support governance and system integrity
  • Implement fixes for logic errors, completion failures, or assignment misfires and document changes for system transparency
  • Process Improvement & Governance Implementation
  • Recommend and roll out operational improvements that reduce risk, improve data reliability, and increase platform efficiency
  • Write and refine SOPs, process maps, and admin support documentation to enable consistent execution across teams
  • Serve as an advisor and executor during implementation of new governance models and training workflows
  • Data & Reporting Management
  • Build, audit, and maintain reports on training completion, overdue assignments, attendance, and admin activity
  • Partner with HRIS and data teams to align PeopleSoft data structures with assignment logic and reporting use cases
  • Proactively identify inconsistencies in data inputs and course builds that impact downstream automation and reporting
  • Future-State Implementation Support
  • Support HealthStream readiness for organizational growth, acquisitions, and integrations by leading technical clean-up and system configuration work
  • Play a central role in rolling out new assignment automation, LMS enhancements, and contributor training programs
  • Serve as a system SME in cross-functional meetings focused on platform evolution, internal audit findings, or digital transformation
