Naylor Construction Consulting is seeking a full-time Compliance Project Manager to join our Prevailing Wage Compliance team.

Naylor CC is a woman-owned, woman-operated consulting firm that specializes in wage and workforce compliance.  We are a small, agile team of compliance professionals who pride ourselves in delivering exceptional compliance strategies and project management to our clients.  We are looking to add a detail-oriented, quick-learning, and flexible individual to provide support to lead our projects in excellence.

This is a remote-work position. The ideal candidate will have ample opportunity to work and grow within our company.

A day in the life of a Project Administrator can look like :

• Directing the work of your administrative team
• Meeting with clients to understand project specific requirements
• Providing technical support to contractors and subcontractors
• Running basic reports and communicating needs with contractors and subcontractors
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, records and project files
• Updating databases to keep your team on track for project closeout
• Crosschecking between databases to ensure complete and accurate information
• Scheduling meetings and take detailed notes
• Drafting internal SOP’s and documents
• Maintaining internal calendars and schedules for projects
• Looking for business development opportunities
