Instructional Director Summary We are looking for a leader in classroom instruction. Skilled in professional development with proven data that drive classroom success.

The Instructional director works closely with teachers to develop instructional materials and teaching aids that will benefit scholars.

This role also works closely with the principal to drive cultural standards for student success. Responsibilities Develop 8-12 teachers to become strong classroom leaders Give feedback on lesson plans Observation of classrooms Actively input teacher feedback in GROW (Feedback Platform) Weekly Data Meetings Instructional Coaching Help teachers develop strong classroom culture Facilitate weekly meetings to track teacher progress Lead professional development tailored to the needs of the team Ensure vertical curriculum alignment And whatever else may come up for a high / Middle school administrator Daily Huddle Weekly Tactical Meeting Strategic Planning The Ideal Candidate Can.

Technology Skills Competence in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use a variety of computer applications and platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree Required Masters degree Preferred Missouri Substitute Certification Required Valid Missouri Teacher Certification content specific to role applied for, Strongly P referred or willingness to become certified ASAP.

3+ years of teaching experience Preferred Satisfactory completion of criminal records check, pre-hire and annually thereafter, if applicable.
