Duties :
- Represent clients by analyzing legal issues and developing appropriate strategies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda on relevant matters.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage cases from initiation through trial preparation and resolution.
- Communicate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure case progress and deadlines are met.
- Prepare clients for trial and assist in all trial-related activities.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet litigation goals.
- Provide clear, effective communication with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
Requirements :
Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (SC Bar membership in good standing).Recent Bar passers and those with limited experience are encouraged to apply.Strong legal research skills are essential.Trial experience or a willingness to engage in trial preparation is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications :
Admitted to the South Carolina Bar (SC Bar).Skills :
