Position Overview : As a Physician Recruiter, you will work with department leaders and Senior Leadership to source, validate and offer candidates during the recruiting cycle.
You must be able to build relationships and collaborate with internal customers to identify and prioritize staffing needs.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 3-5 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience
- Command with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Ability to regularly travel throughout the region to visit facilities, attend recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs, and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Experience with Practice Link or Practice Match, Taleo, CareerMD, Health e Careers, and working with locum physician a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates well with Regional and Senior Leadership in the recruitment and selection process. Develops and maintains effective, professional relationships with potential sources of
- Develops search plans for each targeted physician recruitment assignment.
- Solicits physician candidates for each recruitment opportunity.
- Performs rigorous initial screening of candidates to determine if such persons meet strict requirements for targeted positions.
- Presents qualified finalist candidates to Regional / Senior Leadership.
- Arranges and orchestrates all interview itineraries of selected candidates.
- Assists groups in structuring and negotiating appropriate compensation and relocation packages.
- Arranges and coordinates all relocation activities for employed physicians.
- Responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and successful placement of quality, qualified physicians for each project.
- Provides follow-up to new physicians at regular intervals to identify problems and address their concerns.
