Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor and report any unusual activities or potential hazards within the location, following established communication protocols. Assist employees and visitors by providing directions or information, and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence. Support access control measures by verifying credentials and / or escorting individuals as needed within the location. Document security-related incidents and observations in daily activity reports according to company and client requirements. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals you encounter. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will represent Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working as part of a caring team that always puts people first and acts with integrity.
