This primarily driving post involves monitoring assigned areas, supporting access control, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities or conditions encountered during patrols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents within the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff as needed.

Document all activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Primarily driving post is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
