Introduction to the Team

Our Real Estate Outsourced Finance & Accounting consulting group at Moss Adams helps businesses to operate more effectively, make better decisions and spend less time on accounting and financial operations. The Consulting Staff role is instrumental in our ability to deliver on our promise. We are looking for energetic individuals who have a passion for learning and using technology to provide outsourced finance & accounting services to our dynamic client base. Our consulting staff are responsible for all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefit, and general ledger accounting. Consulting staff also ensure that client needs are being met while identifying any issues, areas for process improvement, and adhering to all deadlines. Responsibilities :

• Processing of AP invoices including review of monthly A / P ledger for missing routine bills
• Downloading and coding of credit card transactions
• Processing of bank statements and bank reconciliations
• In-house payroll processing, payroll tax deposits, payroll reports
• Assist with all bookkeeping functions
• Assist with client communication to ensure client expectations are being met
