Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an Individual who lives in Lawrence Township, NJ

Lawrence Township - Adult living in own apartment in Lawrence Township seeking experienced Direct Support Professional / DSP support with errands, shopping, cooking and occasional doctor's appointments.  Seeking Direct Support Professional / DSP who is familiar with the area, has provided support in areas listed above previously, and who understands person-centered thinking.  Direct Support Professional / DSPs must be mature, responsible, and know how to follow the lead of the person supported.  Individual seeking support has vision and hearing challenges.  Individual seeking Direct Support Professional / DSP support is also funny, smart, and kind.  DSP must use own vehicle for transporting individual so DSP must have a reliable car and be willing to drive.  Direct Support Professional / DSP must also be okay with cats, as the individual has a service cat.  Schedule is 3 hours PER WEEK (can be flexible day, hours start 5PM or later) $24.50 / hr.

Schedule of Services :

1 day / week, 5 PM or later for 3 hours total.

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

Must have a car

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record

Must be willing to have a background check

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
