Job descriptionSupervise Recovery Tech Supervisors with clear expectations and performance feedback Provide hands-on coverage when needed (as backup support) Facilitate staff development through training and mentorship Verify and review all medication orders Oversee staff handling of medications and supplies Train and monitor staff on safe medication practices Complete monthly MAR reviews Lead onboarding for new Recovery Tech staff Host monthly in-service trainings Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a strong, unified approach Attend required meetings and trainings Be available on-call to respond to urgent issues Support operational needs through other assigned duties Active LPN license (required) Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or recovery settings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A commitment to compassionate, client-centered care

What You'll Do :
Client Care & Medical Oversight
- Meet with new admissions within 24 hours to assess medical needs
- Respond to client medical and medication-related concerns
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with providers and pharmacies
