Produce Director

Dash's Market is looking for a Produce Director to manage the produce department in one store and oversee produce operations at all 4 locations. This person is expected to be a part of maintaining a profitable department. They will manage and build a small staff, be a strong team leader and good communicator. This person would work with the President and Director of Operations for Dash's Market to communicate & coordinate sales, pricing, & product mix to the store produce managers to ensure a great customer experience and company growth.
