HR Transformation And Optimization

In HR transformation and technology at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organizations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimizing their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.

The Opportunity

As part of the Human Resources Function team you contribute to client engagement and projects, focusing on learning and developing your skills. As an Associate you support senior staff, engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. You assist with implementation of advanced HR skills, such as process automation and people analytics, while building relationships with clients and developing an awareness of Firm services.

  • What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience

    The salary range for this position is : $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
