Responsibilities :

• Assist customers on the showroom floor by addressing inquiries and providing product information.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely service.
• Communicate delivery updates to customers, including estimated times and status changes.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed for pricing and order management.
• Create detailed price sheets using Excel to support sales and operations.
• Respond to inbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Accurately process order entries and maintain organized records.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication with clients.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing price sheets.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
