We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our dynamic vacation ownership sales and marketing operations. DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING : THE DETAILS
Pay : With a base salary plus commission and performance incentives, you will have leadership autonomy and strong executive support in a role where your vision, integrity, and results will be recognized and rewarded.
Schedule : This is a full-time position based in Hilton Head Island, SC. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to manage your own time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING :
- Lead and scale all aspects of our vacation ownership and vacation club sales and marketing operations.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales, marketing, and administrative professionals, building a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Work directly with representatives, mentoring them and refining their presentations to improve closing ratios and guest volume.
- Design and execute impactful presentations, promotions, and marketing programs to generate tours, increase conversions, and grow market penetration.
- Maintain a strong presence at weekly owner functions to build relationships and ensure a high-quality, ethical sales experience.
- Oversee marketing and advertising efforts, manage budgets and payroll, maintain accurate and timely reporting, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with the executive team on product strategy and company growth.
- Build partnerships with exchange companies, travel providers, and other industry stakeholders to expand opportunities and strengthen our market position.
