Customer Service Manager – Manufacturing - Up to $105k
Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is hiring an experienced Customer Services Manager to lead their entire CS Team. This onsite role will oversee a team of six Customer Service Representatives, while working closely with Sales, Plant Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Description :
Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSRs to achieve service-level goals and high customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Sales, Plant Managers, and other departments to align customer service with overall business goals.Evaluate and improve existing customer service processes while implementing new initiatives that drive efficiency and service quality.Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, customer inquiries, and issue resolution.Requirements :
Manufacturing experience preferred.Management experience required, ideally leading teams of 5+ employees.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you enjoy working with people and building trust across departments.Experience with data and process improvement; Salesforce or ERP exposure is a plus.What They Offer :
