Overview : The Senior Manager of Strategic Insights will be responsible for leading a team that owns and manages Strategic Insights programs dedicated to Data Insights and Member Insights / Feedback.

Responsibilities :

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

Data Insights

• Using strategic plan output, work with leadership to set top to bottom goals for the organization
• Create and maintain dashboards outlining channel, department and employee performance
• Provide Board reporting on a monthly basis
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards that help business leaders manage their performance
• Identify opportunities to drive business growth through insights
