UI / UX Designer
Responsibilities :
- Leverage user-centered methodologies to design experiences that harmonize user needs and business objectives.
- Communicate concepts throughout the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Seek feedback and insights to validate and enhance design solutions.
- Support the implementation of your design work to uphold intent and ensure quality.
- Contribute to the UX group's collective knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field of study and five (5) or more years of relevant experience.
An overall combination of equivalent experience may be considered.
- A portfolio featuring case studies demonstrating design work, process, and impact.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, responsive design, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
