Texas Licensed Reading Interventionist

A company is looking for a Reading Interventionist to support students in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver small group and one-on-one reading instruction to at-risk students

Utilize data-driven strategies aligned with the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework

Collaborate with educators to identify students in need of intervention and monitor their progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field

Valid teaching certification (Reading Specialist or ESL endorsement preferred)

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching reading or providing literacy interventions

Strong understanding of literacy development and comprehension strategies
