About the Role
We are seeking a detailed and execution-oriented Analyst, Wealth Management, to support the Director of Advisor Development in driving initiatives that help our advisors grow and succeed. This role will focus on providing analytical support, coordinating projects, and assisting with the execution of programs that improve advisor effectiveness and firmwide growth efforts. You'll work across marketing, advisory, and operations teams, supporting cross-functional projects, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of advisor development initiatives. This role is ideal for a high-performing generalist with a bias toward action, a strong analytical mindset, and demonstrated project execution skills who is interested in wealth management, business operations, and advisor growth.
Responsibilities
- Financial & Operational Analysis & Reporting
- Act as the primary analyst for the Wealth Strategy function—owning the modeling, tracking, and reporting of performance across initiatives such as tracking and reporting of advisor performance, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives.
- Build dynamic financial and operational models to evaluate business opportunities, advisor performance, wallet share trends, and new market expansion.
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Black Diamond, Power BI) to provide visibility into advisor growth metrics.
- Conduct system-level reviews of key platforms (Salesforce, Black Diamond, eMoney) to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of advisor programs, including onboarding, training, and growth initiatives.
- Help organize recurring team meetings, advisor huddles, and development sessions; prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up notes.
- Support the standardization of go-to-market strategy and advisor presentation materials across the firm.
- Program and content organization for consistent communications for and with advisors across the firm.
- Play a key role in the organization of onboarding and integration of new advisors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to support advisor-related initiatives such as campaigns, lead management, and communications.Serve as a key support resource in keeping projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.Sample Initiatives You Might Support in Year One
