Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Arlington, TX. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the residential community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the property's upkeep. Key tasks include coordinating resident events, addressing resident concerns, overseeing maintenance activities, and managing leasing processes. The role also involves marketing efforts to promote the community and attract new residents, as well as managing budgets and financial aspects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and staff
• Experience in property management and leasing processes
• Marketing skills, including social media management and event planning
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing maintenance activities and resident concerns
• Financial management skills, including budget management and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in residential or commercial property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
