Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : Niles, IL 60714

Schedule : Monday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm

Pay rate : $24-$28 / hr

Duties :

• Process day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate posting and accounting of all payments.
• Identify and resolve client billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients to facilitate timely payments.
• Generate detailed financial statements and reports reflecting accounts receivable status.
• Ensure all accounts and incoming payments comply with established financial policies and procedures.
