My client a world leading global integrated risk assessment firm are looking for a Change and Training Manager to join their global operational effectiveness program.
Position Summary :
The Change and Training Manager will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of change management communications and training for the global operational effectiveness program. You will develop and implement comprehensive training and change management strategies that facilitate the effective transition and adoption of new processes systems and cultural initiatives within the organization. This role will require strong leadership communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Skills / Experience (required) :
- 6 years of experience in developing training and change management strategies preferably within the financial sector.
- Experience in financial services sector.
- Communication / training experience - for conveying the benefits of change creating awareness and addressing concerns or resistance (ADKAR model).
- Project co-ordination experience including use of JIRA - Experience in coordinating projects including the use of tools like JIRA to manage various aspects of change initiatives.
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes clear objectives timelines and metrics for success.
- Process experience is a plus- experience in process management can help in streamlining changes and ensuring that they are implemented smoothly.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse data and feedback making informed decisions and adjustments during the change process.
- Proficient in use of MS tools including PowerPoint.
- Proven track record of driving successful change initiatives and influencing the adoption of new ideas and practices.
- Strong understanding of change management principles including end-to-end change adoption and cultural alignment.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to) :
Develop and execute change management strategies that align with organizational goals and transformation priorities.Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and promote the adoption of new practices and tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training needs and develop tailored content that supports change initiatives.Utilize PROSCI ADKAR and other change management methodologies to guide end-to-end change adoption processes.Monitor evaluate and report on the effectiveness of change management and training initiatives making data-driven adjustments as needed.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by effectively communicating the benefits of change to all stakeholders.Act as a change champion and mentor to support teams in adapting to new ways of working and embedding new knowledgeThanks & Regards
