Call Volume : Very low, with rare call backs

Supervision : No supervision of other providers required

EMR : Epic

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified REQUIRED

Active Oregon License REQUIRED

DEA & CSR REQUIRED

BLS REQUIRED

Local candidates highly preferred

Proof of COVID vaccination REQUIRED

Schedule & Coverage

Dates Needed :

October : 2, 8, 10, 14, 20, 21, 24

November : 3, 4, 5

December :

Shift : 24-hour call coverage (pager)
