Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Madison, Wisconsin (ZIP 53715) – Wisconsin nursing jobs Healthcare Setting : Resource Pool / Float Unit Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 27 / 2025 – End : 1 / 26 / 2026) Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Pay : $1880–$2020 Employment Type : Travel Nursing – Med / Surg RN travel contract Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg RN experience At least 1 completed travel nursing contract Experience caring for neuro and surgical patients in a medical surgical unit Active Wisconsin RN license (required for Wisconsin healthcare jobs) BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications Skills checklist completed within 1 year of application 1 supervisory reference Proof of taxable address (driver’s license, utility bill, lease / rental agreement, etc.) Med / Surg RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in the Med / Surg unit Float between medical surgical units across local campuses as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR Educate and support patients and their families Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Enjoy same-day interviews and a supportive work environment.
