Account Representative
The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts, and developing new relationships with potential accounts.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
- Services and maintains positive relationships with the current customer base
- Resolves customer problems on a timely basis
- Identifies customer's needs and presents solutions by recommending potential product enhancements or modifications
- Generates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers
- Monitors sales market in assigned region
- Prepares various reports as required
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications :
Minimum high school diploma; preferred bachelor's degreeMinimum of one to three years of experience in the field or related area.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applicationsPreferred manufacturing background, but not requiredPreferred experience and knowledge of UFP's organization, culture, and product linesCompensation & Benefit Information :
Salary Pay Range : $70,000-$80,000 annually dependent on experience
pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus / Incentive Pay : The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
