This is a Full-Time position, working Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) with some overtime as needed. The successful candidate will carry themselves professionally, eager to learn new skills and a motivated problem solver to work in a fast-paced environment and develop a rewarding career.
Job Duties :
- Entering data into appropriate software
- Auditing payroll time in system software
- Accurately inputting employee information such as : W4s, timecards, child support and garnishment deductions into system software
- Running reports / audits and following up for corrective action
- Communicating with managers and employees
- Working with compliance team to stay updated with state and federal regulations
- Provide verbal and written employment verification requests and assist employees with payroll issues
- Identifies ways to improve processes and efficiency; is open to communicating ideas for change
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll procedures and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy
Basic Qualifications :
