Our platform empowers subject matter experts to build and deploy workflows without IT involvement, connecting field workers with the tools they need to stay compliant and efficient.
The Role
We're looking for our first Product Manager to own the product roadmap and manage both our development and customer success teams to ensure everything moves at the right pace. This isn't a role where you'll be handed requirements. You'll be expected to talk to customers, identify opportunities, and drive features from concept to launch.
You'll be joining at an inflection point where early traction is turning into real momentum, and your decisions will directly shape the product and company trajectory.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market needs, and business impact
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through customer research and competitive analysis
- Make tough tradeoff decisions on what to build, what to defer, and what to kill
Feature Development
Design new features by learning from customers and making the right product decisionsCreate user stories, wireframes, and product requirements that engineering can execute againstWork directly with the head developer to scope features and estimate timelinesThink through edge cases and ensure features work for our diverse customer baseManage pacing across development and customer success teams to keep everything alignedCustomer & Market Insights
Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable insightsUnderstand the facilities management space deeply : compliance requirements, operational workflows, pain pointsStay on top of competitive landscape and industry trendsGo-to-Market
Create compelling product narratives and customer-facing materials (decks, one-pagers, demos)Support sales conversations with product expertise and custom demos when neededPartner with customers to beta test new features and gather feedbackExecution & Collaboration

Required :
2-4 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience in related roles like consulting, operations, or technical project management)Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teamsTrack record of shipping products or features that customers actually useStrong written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex ideas simplyComfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete informationSelf-starter mentality. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to doAttention to detail and ability to think through edge casesBasic understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with engineersScrappy and resourceful. Salary : $90,000 - $130,000 base (commensurate with experience), with bonuses tied to product
success
