Marketing Manager
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational sales objectives. Provide management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the sales organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create annual marketing calendar and fiscal year.
- Create marking campaigns, custom brochures and flyers to support the sales staff.
- Create and review the weekly and monthly product sales promotions.
- Monitor and document marketing programs to ensure related tasks are on time and on budget.
- Analyze customers, products, and campaigns for maximum sales and profit.
- Initiate and deploy marketing and sales plans on all company levels.
- Build and maintain target customer lists with Constant Contacts and or CRM program, Tour De Force.
- Collaborate with sales department and product managers to plan marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising and public relations strategies. This will include social media, email, online advertising, webinars and customer- facing events with both internal teams and external agencies for Houston and DFW markets.
- Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to all customers.
- Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Conducting and monitoring the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion to maximize sales and profit.
- Prepare, enforce, and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Plan, coordinate and participate all marketing events.
- Work with Purchasing and Pricing Department for stock quantities used in displays and other promotions.
- Work with the IT department for electronic signage and interactive marketing.
- Distribute, maintain and can create showroom displays and signage to maximize sales and showroom appeal.
- Oversee that marketing team sends periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
- Familiarity with Adobe or similar programs to create original flyers or marketing.

Education and Experience :
Required :
3 – 5 years minimum of marketing experience.Preferred :
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of successful management experience.Experience in the marketing efforts of a business-to-business HVAC / R or similar industry.Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
