Accounting Coordinator

ABOUT THE COMPANY

  • Our client is a leading service organization in the western suburb of St. Charles looking to add an Accounting Coordinator to their growing team. This company has doubled in size since 2022, through acquisition and natural growth. The company offers a laid-back, team oriented atmosphere. The CEO of the company is very personable and knows everyone by name. This is a great opportunity to work for a mid-size company that has a small-company feel.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR :

  • The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
  • Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
  • High volume data entry of invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.

    • EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE :

  • General Accounting, AP or AR experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
