Stelvio is partnering with an innovative, design-driven civil engineering and planning firm seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area (Denton, TX)

The selected candidate will have the chance to work on a diverse mix of public and private-sector civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial site development, roadway and trail design, stormwater management, green infrastructure, and capital improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from design through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Review and approve plans, reports, and technical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
• Support business development through client interaction and proposal input.
