General Contractor Project Manager

An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial projects across Texas and the Southwest. With over 20 years in the industry, this firm delivers large-scale industrial, retail, medical, mixed-use, and institutional projects and is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across all project phases.

Review and track budgets, schedules, and contracts.

Coordinate with owners, design professionals, and field staff to maintain communication and accountability.

Promote and enforce company safety standards on all job sites.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($5M+ range).

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills.

Experience in industrial, retail, or mixed-use projects a plus.
