The Hernando Animal Clinic and Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to join our growing team!

We recently opened our new, state-of-the-art facility in Hernando, MS—and we’re looking for a compassionate, friendly, and professional individual to help us provide the exceptional experience our clients and their pets deserve.

At Hernando Animal Clinic and Surgery Center , we provide comprehensive veterinary care including preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, compassionate service while building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets.

$12–$14 per hour , based on experience

Full-time position within regular clinic hours

Rotating Saturday shifts required; Sundays off

Hours of Operation :

• Monday – Friday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
• Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
• Sunday : Closed

As a Veterinary Receptionist , you are the welcoming face and voice of our hospital. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every client and pet feels valued, cared for, and supported from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of the hospital, assisting clients with scheduling and payments, and supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
