To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Associate to develop breakthrough, business-moving campaigns to promote our Group Medicare Advantage and Group Specialty plans. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who deeply understands health insurance products and how to develop campaign strategies that deliver results in a fast-paced, and regulated environment.
This position will reside within the Marketing Organization which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners : Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.
Role Responsibilities
As a key member of Humana's Product Marketing team, you will drive product marketing strategy across lines of business and member segments.

Pay Range : $94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
