Our client is looking for a professional who will be instrumental in project planning and execution by delivering precise cost projections and implementing robust cost management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost projections for roofing, concrete restoration, and general construction projects, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and indirect expenses.
• Review architectural drawings and project specifications to identify scope and requirements.
• Work closely with project managers and engineering staff to obtain essential information for precise pricing.
• Perform on-site evaluations to examine conditions and collect estimation data.
• Track project expenditures during the construction phase to maintain budget compliance.
• Offer continuous guidance to project teams on cost management strategies and financial oversight.
