Our SHIFT SUPERVISORS are part of our leadership team. We expect this person to work at least 28+ hours / week with open availability. The site is expected to open early this summer. Training will be provided.

Pay is $17.50 / hr. Once our location opens, you will be part of a tip pool. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in fast-paced food service / hospitality preferred

Previous fast-paced coffee experience preferred

Guest service focused and solution-oriented

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers

Must be available to work 28+ hours / week, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week

Must be able to work a mixture of open, close, and mid-shifts as needed
