We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead the assisted living and memory care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while supporting residents and guiding a dedicated care staff.
Job Duties :
- Lead and oversee all nursing and aide services.
- Conduct resident assessments, admissions, and create personalized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and community standards.
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor nursing and aide staff.
- Collaborate with leadership and care teams to enhance resident well-being.
