Administrative Support Associate

The Administrative Support Associate role applies specialized knowledge to provide administrative support for the effective operation of office functions within designated department. He / She must be able to operate basic office equipment and demonstrate proficiency in computer skills.

Job Description

• Greets customers / patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinates department communications, accepts telephone calls as appropriate.
• Scans and files paperwork, maintains and revises record-keeping, meeting minutes.
• Requires multi-tasking capabilities
• Requires adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines
• Maintains adequate supplies for office needs.
• Acts as a resource in the area of computer expertise.
