The Administrative Support Associate role applies specialized knowledge to provide administrative support for effective operation of office functions within a designated department.

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting customers / patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and routing incoming calls as appropriate
• Scanning and filing paperwork
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines
