Previous outside sales experience is not required. Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process. Strong desire and ability to close sales. Uncapped, full-commission structure; current consultants earn $80,000–$220,000+. Performance-based bonus opportunities. ICBA Contractor insurance. Flexibility on a weekly basis. Evening and weekend availability required.
